"What pack did you come from?"

"Did you kill your Alpha?"

"Where are the rest of your pack?"

Flynn and Rina kept throwing questions at me. The questions were discomforting because I was also confused. Why would they ask me these questions? What were they seeing that I am not?

"If you have a pack, why are you hunting alone?" Rina asked again.

"That's enough!" I stopped them. "I am not an Alpha and I don't have a pack."

"Then why are your eyes red?" Flynn said. I furrowed my eyebrows in uncertainty and just then he threw a knife made of steel at me.

I caught it then looked at my reflection. I was stunned at what I saw. My eyes were truly glowing red. I knew what this implied but I didn’t have the nerve to say so myself.
