I walked around every trail we have in the pack, I tried to mind link both of my parents but their shields are up. Surely, they didn't leave early. They would've told me or at least mind linked me to let me know I was in charge a day early.

I huff out of exhaustion as I walk through the pack house's front door. I hear soft giggles and walk to the kitchen where Felicity is happily baking with the cooks. I frown because if she's here then my parents can't be too far behind.

I go to the stairs and take them two at a time as I rush to my parent's office. Nope, still not there.

I huff as I turn around and go to their bedroom and then finally, I see them. I frown, "Where the heck have the two of you been?"

My mom looks at me startled and asks, "What do you mean, hon?"

"We've been around the pack all day," Dad adds. I nod as I enter their room and say, "Well, you've conveniently been everywhere I haven't."
