It has been a week since Uncle Andrew and a few others went after those two girls. We had been searching for gifted wolves and had found two. They were sisters and hailed from a pack in Louisiana. I sent a couple of guys to that area to see if they could get eyes on the girls but it was found out that they were currently in Kentucky looking at colleges. The sisters were a year apart but the younger was extremely smart and had been moved up a grade so they graduated together. We had yet to learn what their gifts were. Mother and Nalmyra were looking into that for me. I knew that mom and Nalmyra were also looking into the Midnight Forest pack as well. Nalmyra said that she wanted to find out if a few of hte rumours that she had heard about that pack were true or not. She has yet to tell me what those rumours are.

“How are they doing?” I asked.

“They are resting. I have no idea what happened to them but I suspect that magic or something was used against them.” Mom
