CHAPTER SEVENTY

ALPHA DAMON’S POV

I was happy. I couldn’t explain exactly how I felt but all I knew was that I was over the moon, I was on cloud nine and I didn't want to come down… not yet.

For the first time since I met Jenny, she actually opened up to me and let her guards down so I could read and feel her emotions. I was almost shocked at first when I could feel her emotions for the first time as we kissed, but I was quick to hold myself back because I didn’t want to make a big deal of it and make her think that I was put off by her emotions.

She felt happy, a bit sad, there was also hope among the many other emotions she was feeling at the moment but the one I could feel first and most was how happy, relieved, and content she was feelling.

I could tell that she was feeling very relieved because she finally came clean and told me everything so the weight had been lifted off her shoulders and she didn’t have to hide anything from me anymore. She didn’t have to fake how she was feeling and make up
