I wake up as the sun is barely out. I’m curled up on Silas’ lap and see him sleeping. I thought vampires didn’t sleep, though. Quietly climbing off him and headed to the closet, to get dressed for the trip we had to make for the ball. I see all of my clothes thrown in a suitcase. I’m guessing Kira did this for me since I was busy buying my dress. I finish getting dressed in comfy leggings and decide to throw on an oversized hoodie. I sneak into the guy's closet and steal one of Samson’s hoodies.

Speaking of him, he wasn’t in bed. He must’ve got up early to train. With that thought, I sneak out of the room, not waking any of my sleeping mates. I head out the front door as the crisp autumn air nips at my cheeks. There is commotion coming from the training grounds, and I walk at a faster pace. Eager to see my mate train.
