Kira walked up to the table and stood opposite Hazel who was deep in thought. The only thing that was demarcating the both of them was the large table.

"Are you okay?" Kira asked and Hazel sighed.

"Yeah" she said sadly and looked at the door Cora had stood as if she was still standing there.

"So, is the potion ready?" Kira asked agitated as Hazel smiled.

"Almost" she said and took out the strand of hair Kira had given her the previous day and dumped it into the potion.

They both watched as it foamed while she continued to stir it. She brought it down from the heat and looked up at Kira.

"Did you come with the bottle?"

"Yes, I did" Kira said rushing her words.

She started fidgeting with her garment until she brought out the tiny bottle that was hidden in her garment which she handed over to Hazel.

Hazel took it from her grip and scooped a spoonful into the tiny bottle until it was almost filled to the brim.
