A Faceless Witch

*****Diane's POV****

We've been driving for almost two hours now, and yet there's no sign of a house anywhere. To make it worse, it was in the middle of the night, and we've been going into the deeper part of the woods. I wish I understood where I was going, that would have been so much better.

I waited patiently, for another 30 minutes, and yet there was no sign of anyone anywhere. I began to feel restless and uncomfortable. I looked behind me, and noticed Alpha Dexter looking relaxed with his eyes closed.

In front of me was the beta, who was driving comfortably.

“Okay I'm beginning to get bored. It's been two hours already. Where exactly are we going?”

Alpha Dexter slowly opened his eyes and looked out of the window.

“Easy, dear, we are almost here now. There's no need to panic at all, trust me.”

I looked out as well, I didn't find the sign of a building anywhere, and yet, he said we were almost there.
