The Beta's Concerns

*****Alpha Cain's POV*****

Breakfast was served and when I was home, I decided to have breakfast with my mom and Diane.

“Son, I heard you are building a new project, is that right?”

“Yes, mother,” I replied.

“Oh, that's wonderful news. Now that it has come to this. What do you say about putting your Luna through things in the company? I mean, you need assistance, right?”

I instantly froze. I never expected mom would say that.

“Uhm, mom. The Luna has numerous activities to do in the pack. I don't think getting her to the company will be a good idea.”

“I know what you mean, Alpha. But I can as well do both jobs. I'm your Luna anyway, so it is only right that I support my Alpha in everything that he does.”

“Exactly what I mean, son. See, you have such a considerate Luna and mate. You both make a fine couple and if you go ahead working together, I believe you both will achieve great things.”
