Chapter 14: San Antonio River Walk

Summer's Point of View

When I woke up, I realized we were getting close to our destination. I could see the river walk immediately, all the lights were switched on, and there were only a few people here. After witnessing this place in person, I felt as if I were dreaming.

After parking the car, I made a hasty dash for the fountain, and Blaze did nothing more than follow me as I ran around like a child. This location was at the top of my bucket list, and I was overjoyed to be strolling here right now. Because I was smiling so openly, I felt like my mouth was about to be ripped off.

"You seem to be very happy," Blaze said as he approached my side.

"I am, this was one of my dreams,"

"I'm glad you like it here,"

All I saw were lights of various hues that shone brightly. Because I was taking so many photos, my phone was dying.
