Aluma had been in a lot of shocks in less than a month of being here. After being healed properly from her sickness, she was informed that the Alpha had gone on a peace treaty mission but had delegated for her to be his maidservant, and was shown her work that was to be done daily.

It wasn't unfamiliar terrain to her considering she did the same work in her previous pack. She wondered if Aria knew she was still alive or if they were planning to use her for something else.
