HAVEN POV It took far less time than I thought it would for Harrison and Emily to organize a visit to the oracles for us. One perk of them owning a private jet. WESLEY POV Once Haven and I had straightened ourselves out after our quickie, we left the villa with Nolan and Cassandra, following them through the winding stone paths of the island towards the center. The starlight glinted off the white houses, and the scent of the blossoming bougainvillea trees mixed with the salt of the sea water and invaded my senses. It was that exact scent that had awoken that desperate, aching need in me while we were getting ready. That, and the swirling magic of the island, and the way Haven looked in that almost see through dress. HAVEN POV I floated through a sea of stars, almost weightless, as I descended to the ground below. The fabric of my dress swirled around me as I floated through the sky, my hand reaching out to touch the stars. I descended in solitude, but in my heart I could feel Wesley’s presence, telling me he was nearby, that I wasn’t truly alone. The grass beneath my feet as I landed was softer than any grass I’d ever felt, and greener than any I had ever seen. I spun in place, looking at the surrounding scenery.
