I didn't want him to come out of the situation he was in and I didn't care if he died. He was too wicked to be among the living werewolves.

"Can you let me go?" he commanded me.

"no, I won't. You walked in here yourself."

"of course, I know that. You don't have to remind me." he refuted and I scoffed.

"Why?" I asked him, my voice rough with the residual anger, but laced with a curiosity that surprised me.

I didn't want to understand the rogue, not really. But the question hung between them, unspoken yet undeniable. I needed to know why he had chosen today of all days to attack.

Antonio acted like he had not heard what I said.

"I'm asking you a question. I demand an answer." I said and pushed him to fall at the wall.
