Chapter 133: Being Watched

It was dawn in the forest of Gaiamania. The time had been quiet and peaceful but there was an air of uncertainty surrounding us. What was going to follow at dawn was a mystery.

I barely slept. Getting only some sleep which Alpha Abbadon had compelled me to take. We didn't make tent tonight. No Beta did. Alpha Abbadon just held on to me as I slept on his shoulder. He didn't go out to scout tonight, the enemy already knew where we were. If they wanted to attack it was at their discretion but Alpha Abbadon and the rest of the Beta's were going to fight to defend us.

It was a relief seeing the morning light of a new day filter through the canopies of the tall trees as I rested on my head on Alpha Abbadon's shoulders. All was good and fine for now although we were in another pack's territory.

"Alpha Abbadon". I said as I leaned into his chest.

"We made it. You were right we stayed here for the night".

"It's a brand new day, what will you have us do?" I asked him, slightly exhausted f
