Rays of sunlight flashed into my eyes and I was forced to open them.

I didn't know how long I had been asleep nor did I want to know as I could care less about it.

The last thing I could remember was losing consciousness after making sure the wolves lost us.

But wait, what was that awesome power cruising through me at that time?

Wait, something was not right, I frowned.

My feet weren't on the floor but I was moving, my body seemed to be suspended on something rigid.

Immediately I came back to my senses as I realized it was Conri who was carrying me.

Even though I was on his back, it didn't seem to reduce the speed at which he was moving.

Looking around I noticed the surroundings were quite familiar. This should be the forest surrounding Dorian's kingdom.

But how did we get here so fast, it had only been a night.

If my guess was correct, Conri should have been traveling throughout the night.

My heart couldn't help but ache as I thought of how tired he mus
