**Alpha Cedric's POV**

"Sleep on the bed." I nodded to my untouched bed. I hadn't even laid down at all since earlier.

The tiredness that came over me after knowing that Estelle had received a ring from Prince made my emotions explode. I chose to drive it away by reading a book. And soon the intruders came.

“Why are you still standing there? Get on the bed!” I said, more like an order. "I don't care what you do. You said you wouldn't intrude on my time."

Although hesitant, she nodded. Her gentle footsteps stopped at the edge of the bed and climbed onto it. Her withered body slipped under the covers. She closed her eyes and I returned to my seat.

I had to be awake in case the intruders came again. They must be hybrids because they suddenly disappeared in thin air. There were no pure blood werewolves who could teleport. Damn it, what was I dealing with right now?

My mind wandered. A second later I woke up and tried to read a book. My senses stayed awake at all times because I couldn't b
