I was at the palace, checking out some work. Roland stood by my side and waited if I ordered something. But I didn't say anything and instead observed one thing that was bothering me.
"Hey, what's this?" I pointed at one of the documents in front of me. “Hybrid research stopped temporarily?”
Roland nodded. He looked thinner from lack of rest. Various intrigues that had occurred lately made him so. "That's right, Alpha. It was reported that Scarlett was sick. That's why it had to stop for the time being.”

I'd still do it but maybe some of my therapy schedules would be reduced. I should spend more time on the research I'm doing. This is in the common interest.”
