**Alpha Cedric's POV**

Please, Estelle, go! Don't stand by me so you can hear that I'm hurting you right now! Don't make me feel bad!

"Oh, so you two are a couple?" Mr. Mord's youngest daughter chuckled. She was Vera, Estelle's friend at the training center. I heard they weren't in a good friendship and it must have made it worse that Estelle didn't come with me. But I had my reasons, which I couldn't just ignore.

FLASHBACK ON

I got word to go to the Hard Stone pack. It was a pack I had a pretty good relationship with. I needed them to strengthen my supply of weapons and ammunition, and they needed me because I had abundant food sources. Since my territory was in the fertile plains, that became one of the strengths of my pack, Lunar Divine.

Alpha Stone, leader of Hard Stone, wished I could come to his palace to discuss food supplies. After the Luminous Red pack declared war on them for some reason, they had to prepare everything to survive until the war was over. One of them was food
