Chapter 83

When I woke up in the morning the next day, Hades wasn't by my side anymore. I didn't like the coldness on his side of the bed for it gave me deja Vu feelings from the past bad days.

But the atmosphere took a turn when I sat up, and my eyes landed on the pink balloon attached on the corner of the bed, a piece of paper glued to it.

"Good morning, beautiful. Look up," I read the fine cursive handwriting and glanced ahead, my chest bubbling with excitement.

Jumping off the bed, I ran to the small bookshelf where another balloon hung with another piece of paper pointing to the direction of the closet.

A giggle escaped my lips, wondering what he was doing. On urgent steps, I was before the closet and opened it, my eyes widening. There sat a large white box in the center ottoman with several more boxes surrounding it.

I already had a feeling what were in those, and that fueled the anticipation rolling through my veins. There was a note on top instructing to put them on.
