ROSE

When the door opens and Tyson steps through to his personal quarters, I open my eyes while he carries me over to the island where Cynthia set up the coffee. He sets me down onto a stool and pours me a cup with vanilla creamer while I look around his space.

The vaulted ceiling has thick natural wood beams all throughout the large open concept space. The walls are a soft taupe-grey tone with stark white baseboards and crown molding. A modern stone fireplace sits on one end and large floor to ceiling windows run down one whole side of the living room. The floors are a distressed, wide plank hardwood in a multitoned pattern, giving visual interest to the floors. The living room is decorated with two light tan leather couches, sitting in an L shape atop a large cream abstract low pile rug. There are white mid-century armchairs at one end, facing the fireplace and an oval coffee table grounding the whole room. Tyson seems to favor a mid-century look with muted colors. E
