Chapter Eighty: Part of Your Soul

I couldn’t have been happier. While we still had to share a room, I was relieved that we wouldn’t have to share a bed as well. Devyn placed our luggage in a corner, and the sudden urge to pee overcame me.

I rushed into the bathroom, forgetting to close the door behind me because of the urgency of the situation. I pulled down my pants as quickly as I could and sat on the toilet.

Just as I was about to reach for the tissue paper to wipe, Devyn walked into the bathroom.

“Oh my God, Devyn! Give me some privacy,” I shrieked at him.

He stood at the wash basin, then turned to look at me. I covered my thighs with my hands as If that would shield anything.

“I wasn’t even looking.”

“Well, you’re looking now!” I snapped at him.

“Only because you got my attention.”

Sighing, I rubbed my temple, “You’re infuriating. Just leave.”

Surprisingly, he left the bathroom after rinsing his face with water.
