Finally after several hours of hesitation and she then held the pen pressed on the page and allowed the end to spill on the page before her she wasn't sure what to write.

How could she possibly explain or she was feeling right now and allow the ink to paint her heart down on the page?

It took her hours to actually realise it, they couldn't ; no words could really ever explain the inner turmoil that had led her to this decision, the constant encirclement of pain that she had to run through every day that had finally driven her to this path that she thought was her only want to take.
