CHAPTER 34: A PANIC ATTACK.

Levi and Viktor were still getting a hang of her insensible sentence and movement when they heard a chilling scream. The scream was so distinctive and piercing that it made them run after Lana.

Lana couldn't tell them what she saw since she wasn't sure how it happened or what it was except Kamala's face that she had seen.

She turned around from the now locked doors, and as she did so, she heard it again. It was coming from behind the house. The gate was open, so they walked toward it. The voice was losing strength and it sounded confusing. It was certainly Kamala's, but it sounded different, but then they heard it for a third time. This time, it was louder and more uneasy.

As they neared the back gate, Lana saw movement in a window. Kamala was desperately opening a window. Lana picked up her pace, running now. She wrenched up the window, looked over her shoulder, and then jumped from the upstairs window.

Fuck!

She dropped behind some hedges, where Viktor and Levi heard her scream and
