GREYSON'S POV

I was in my office that day when suddenly I was given a visit by a friend close to my late mate. Many people often called them sisters because of how similar they had looked before in the past, I never really saw that similarity but other people seem to be obsessed with it.

However, we had a really friendly relationship and when she dropped by and asked me for some drinks I didn't see any reason to refuse her.

There were very few people that I could ever talk about my late wife with and she was one of those few people so as we were driving over to a bar after I had concluded my work for the day we reminisced some wonderful memories that were somehow bittersweet now that I knew that my mate was dead.

"I'm sorry that I couldn't make it to your wedding. I was so cramped with work at that time but I decided to finally make some time for you to come and congratulate you. I hope it's not too late…"
