Chapter 11

Zoey's POV

Four day's, four fucking days. I'm gonna be locked away in here. At least it will give me time to adjust to the fact I was finally getting out here. Yet, that thought scares me so much. I don't understand why though. All my time here as been torture, between the daily beatings, the starvation, and the touching. I prayed everyday I would be able to finally leave and now that I am, I'm super nervous.

Werewolves aren't supposed to be like this. We are some of the most powerful, beautiful creatures on earth. We're suppose be living our best life's, yet I've never had that. I don't remember much before I came here, just that I was a orphan. Then made into a slave here.

I crawl onto my cot and try to remember everything I had dreamed about in the hospital. The moon goddess and her realm. I know it was a dream now because Zara ain't here. She's not real. The dream felt so real though. I felt like I was connected to Zara already. Now I'm back to being alone, at least until Sunday.,

I have no idea how that's gonna go, hopefully not to bad. Blake said Kyle still doesn't know that I'm leaving but I'm assuming he's not gonna be to happy with that. I've tried escaping once before, I got caught before I even got a mile away from the pack house.

He drug me back here and threw me in a cell in the basement. For seven day's he came down to beat me daily. Punches landing everywhere on my body, kicks that broke my ribs, lashes across my back. He tore me up pretty good. After the seven days, I was left down there for another couple weeks till I was able to move again. I haven't tried anything since.

God, I hope this new pack is better. What if it's not? What if I get into a worse situation then I already am?

Thinking to myself I roll over, curl up. and start to fall alseep.

Blake wouldn't let that happen..........would he?
