A beeping sound in the back of my mind was disturbing my sleep. I slowly opened my eyes and looked around the room I was in. I knew exactly where I was from the antiseptic smells and the dull fluorescent lights above. I started to panic, realizing I was in a room in the pack hospital. The last place I wanted to be right now. There was a bandage on my arm, which meant they took blood from me. They could’ve done tests and found out I was pregnant. I prayed my mom wasn’t on duty today.
