Never in his life would Hunter imagine that a simple outfit would make him so upset. However, as he watched Corinne standing next to him, in a cream-colored dress much simpler than the one that had been ruined while still on the mannequin, that was exactly how he felt. By the time Lilac had reached the room and nearly had a heart attack seeing what had been done with one of her finest creations, in her own words, everyone had to accept that Corinne was right about the dress being a lost cause. Lilac was working on one of the dresses she had custom made for her, but although it was pretty and shiny, it was no more than a lining compared to the other.
