Mira walked home alone smiling, she had refused his offer to walk her home because she didn't want him knowing she was the so called Luna that's if he doesn't already know.

She smiled as she remembered all they talked about when they walked back to the lake. He was definitely different from the guy that saved her in school. He was warmer and so gentle, it was as though he was trying to imitate the lake on a summer evening. They had talked for hours, about school, about the lobster hut and finally about her mother far away. He didn't try to pry when she stopped talking. He just smile and took her to a place he kept his shinning stones collection. It all felt like a dream. Beautiful and unreal.

But somehow it also left her homesick. This was the kind of thing that Lulu would drill her about till she said every single detail about her evening and her mum would just laugh and say something completely cheesy like destiny and fate.
