Chase POV

I was taken aback by the arm that held Henry tightly, staring at the shadow hiding behind I was trying to see past him but couldn't until the shadow made himself visible. My eyes widened as a smile danced on my lips seeing Dahlia standing beside him. Her gaze was cold and unblinking as she grabbed the whip and threw it away, her eyes blazing with anger as she glared at me. She had not fully recovered as her face was covered with bruises and her hair bandaged, she was leaning against Alice.
