CHAPTER 95 Sorry To Disappoint

  Jason's POV

  It had been a long night and an even longer morning, waking up, showering and eating alone because my lovely Kayla had seemingly disappeared during the night. I knew that was my fault, but somehow I had switched to autopilot where Kayla was concerned and flipped off my feelings towards her! Which wasn't a bad thing, as I knew the guilt would eat me up.

  We had buried our dead as soon as the sun began to rise and cleaned up the pack house after a few fights had evidently broken out during the night's chaos. Despite many requests for time to grieve, my father had insisted we continued as usual and still held morning training, believing that yesterday showed the pack's safety was more important now than ever!
