Hayden glared at them in disgust at the position they were in and his mind taunted him that indeed Aubrey didn’t feel anything for him but was rather using him to make them jealous.

Standing behind the hall, caring less for how weird it was to be caught in that position, he tried listening on their conversation but gritted his teeth in anger as he couldn’t hear what they were saying hut he wasn’t a fool not to see the emotions swirling in the man’s eyes.
