“I have a bad feeling about something,” I said, resting on Genesis’s chest as we lay down to rest after having two hours of hot rough sex, “What do you mean?” He asked, gently caressing my naked back as the thin covering, covered our lower body, “It’s been very quiet lately, ever since Marcus’s attack, we haven’t heard or seen anyone of his pack wolves,” I said, raising my chin to look up at him as he laid with his hand under his head, “You’re right, the last time Marcus went this quiet was when he was planning my father’s murder,” Genesis said, glaring at the moon before sighing as he then turned to me.

“I want you to not worry too much,” he said, stroking my cheek as my eyes went emotionally soft, “It’s hard not to when I have this feeling in my chest,” I said, staring into his eyes before grabbing his hand that cupped the side of my face, “Talk to me,” he whispered, watching as I smiled through the pain that left me choking on my air, “My grandfather thinks that he’s going to die,”
