"Heaven Reid is the one in charge of the school. And I assure you that she will never hurt Ashley. Even though she's not sired to her." I said.

Dagon looked up at me with a snicker. "I don't know how they intend to do it but your friend is a piece of cake for them to take care of. She might be a witch, but she is no different to a student witch in the eyes of this being."

"You talk as though you know what this being is capable of. Why don't you smother my memory a little?" I asked, raising my brow at him.

He had just finished mixing whatever he mixed and asked for my hand. "I'm not powerful enough to look into EverMore. I need to draw power from you."

Cautiously, I reached out and placed my hand in his. Before he started, he said, "We're going to have a trip into the school. It's only going to be for a brief moment so take notice of everything."
