Mia had us stop somewhere else.

"One of your houses?" I asked but she shook her head.

"Someone's place. I borrowed it simply because he hasn't been back for a long time." She replied and I nodded.

"Is he a witch as well?" I asked again and she nodded.

She walked to a table and cleared everything on it, then walked to one of the rooms.

I sat on the only cushion in the room and pinned my eyes on the table. She walked out minutes later and began preparing something.

"So you think Yoel is in EverMore?" I asked once again and she briefly paused to look at me.

"Yes. But I don't think he's alone." She replied and refocused on what she was doing. "There's a familiar energy I keep feeling."

I went silent before mumbling, "If I'm not wrong, that should be Caddel."

Although she didn't reply, I knew I was right.

"I'm done." I heard her say minutes after I zoned out of the literal world.

She caught my eyes and raised a brow. "You can come now. I'm done."

"What is the plan?"
