"My body hurts so bad." Cassie moaned in pain beside me.

I turned to look at her and mocked teasingly. "We only jogged. How could your bones be so saggy?"

She punched me playfully by the arm before Maverick graced us with his presence.

"Welcome to the second day of our training. Those of you who think you can keep up are free to leave now. If you don't, there's no turning back." He announced, his loud voice echoing throughout the empty compound.

Slowly, youths began leaving the compound. Half of us left leaving me in surprise.

When I looked around, I sighed seeing it was people who loved to bully me.

Maverick only continued when he noticed the ones who yearned to leave where gone. "Now, there's a banquet party done every month, whichever of you ace's

this test gets to come with us."
