I rushed to the bar where he was working as soon as school was over before I had to meet the girls at Poirot Cafe.

Autumn had told me earlier that someone had pushed Norma down the stairs. She would have been badly injured but thankfully someone had caught her just in time and saved her from the worst. Judging from the horror look on Norma's face, I was not convinced that she was truly okay when it was clear as the sky above that she was having a shock.
