64: Mission Failed
"Rage... are you really sure about this?" I nervously questioned entering the elevator of the Crown Building where the penthouse they owned eight was. I'm freaking nervous of Rage’s plans. What if my parents won’t like our sudden decision?
Should I push this through?
Rage looked at me. From my waist, his hand went down to reach mine. He gently squeezed my hand as he looked at me with eyes full of assurance.
"I'm very much certain, babe. Why are you hesitant? Don't you like this?" his voice weakened at the final question.
I shook. I don't want him to think that way.
"I'm sure about you, Rage. I'm just really nervous. I'm nervous about my family's reaction if they'll find this. How about Revo? You didn't tell him?"
"Don't worry about them. I'll talk to them when they get home. And I didn't tell Revo about this. Don't worry, he likes me for you.”
