I started to think of a less explicit way that I could explain to Blue what being a virgin meant. Her large bright blue eyes stared at me in what appeared to be sheer fascination and curiosity. She was waiting for an answer. My word could be law.
"Well, a person who has never had sex in their life is usually a virgin," I explained.
Blue continued to stare at me, and that was making me nervous. "What's sex?"
