Josie POV

“Oh my Goddess,” Jenna whispers. I nod, “Yes, the chip in my brain. I know we are not the only ones who know about it,” I reply as I look to Sam. Sam looks like his heart is in his mouth. “Too fucking bad. Nobody is digging around in your brain trying to retrieve information from it. I do not care who it fucking incriminates,” Sam swears.

“No but it would be a lot easier if I were dead now, wouldn’t it?” I ask him. Shaking his head, Sam pulls me into his lap, and I let him. It saddens me to think this could be the missing key to what everyone is looking for. Everyone around the room is looking at us with sadness reflected in their eyes.

I do feel the book is dragging a bit... like new obstacles are being thrown at these characters, just to prolong the books ending... With the original purpose and storyline, long been completed. Could just be me though :)

Well, they’ve been through so many challenges already, that it’s great to finally get past that and have them start living “normal” lives, but at the same time I hate to see the story end… Love these characters so much!
