"Disgusting, conceited old hag!" he shouted, slamming his hand on the table, causing the whole place to shake.

The woman's expression shifted from anger to fear. The boy in front of her looked at her intensely, with a deep, neutral gaze. She gripped the chair she was sitting on as the boy leaned in, resting his arms on the table. His face was as disfigured as the backdrop of his smile.
