CHAPTER 39 Why is She So Angry?

　　"Ah." Gerald had already been lost in this pile of presents, and couldn't hear clearly for a while.

　　"I asked what you did to my blanket!" Sophia repeated. Her tone was even harsher than before.

　　"I didn't do anything, I just washed it for you, because I was afraid that there would be bacteria on the blanket outside, so I specially disinfected it for you inside and out." Gerald said, "You don't need to praise me for it."

　　"You don't need to specifically thank me, this is what I should do," Gerald said with a smile on his face.

　　"Thank you, uncle," Sophia said and threw the blanket in her hand toward him.

　　Then she returned to the room angrily and slammed the door with a bang. She just needed that scent on top of the blanket to comfort her. The results were all washed away by him!

　　Gerald, who was standing downstairs, was trembling at the sound of the violent closing of the door.

　　Then, somewhat dazedly, he pulled down the blanket that had fallen on his head.
