Everyone was asleep as I quietly walked through the living room and to the door that led outside of the house.

I hope that this meeting with Roman will be over as soon as possible so that I will be able to come back to the house on time.

I couldn’t go with the car because I didmt want its engine making noise and probably waming up someone, so I had to use my legs.

I was hoping to get a cab or something, but the roads were quite lonely.

Luckily, an old black cab stopped in front of me and I quickly got in.
