Public Humiliation

So, the rapidly growing Fairview Media in the entertainment industry turns out to be a subsidiary of Skyline Media! And the contract was signed four years ago! Meaning, Fairview Media wasn't sold to Skyline; it was part of Skyline from the get-go!

Aurora said into the mic, "You've seen the contract. Fairview Media is under Skyline Media. I can't just sell the studio to anyone, private or company. Any Fairview contract has to get the green light from Skyline."

Evelyn looked at the contract on the screen and then at Aurora, a bad feeling creeping up. She glared at Aurora, "What are you getting at, Aurora?"

Aurora smiled and said, "Haven't caught on, big sis? Means no matter how many Fairview Media seals you stamp or how many times you sign my name, it's no good without Skyline's seal and Alaric's signature. I'm just an employee; I don't have the say to sell the studio."
