“Hey.” She called as she sounded a little off.

“Hey baby. I’m on my way.”

“I’m at Timmy’s right now, I’m on my way home.”

“The restaurant?”

“Yeah, I had dinner with my grandparents.”

“Oh… sure.”

“See you soon.”

“Definitely.” He dropped the call.

“Did you tell him?” Rhoda flashed a sad smile.

“He doesn’t need to know, I’ll go to the prom with him and make his night memorable. After that, we’d get on with the plans.”

“You’re such a sweetheart Ana.” Rhoda cooed.

“Alright let’s do this.” He huffed as he alighted from the car. He rapped his knuckles against the door and it seemed to echo in the house.

“Hey.” Anna appeared in the doorway, a blushing Rhoda by her side.

“Hey.” He breathed out, out of breath as his eyes darted all over her dress. “Amore, you look so beautiful.”

“Thank you.” She blushed.

“This is for you.” He placed the corsage on her wrist.

“Thank you.” She grinned.

“Shall we?” He stretched his arm out.
