28. Rachel's New Plan

After spending hours relaxing in warm water, I began to feel better. I climbed onto the bed and began to recall everything that had happened earlier with a pang of desire.

A smile curved my lips as I remembered how successfully Rachel's plan had been foiled. However, a terrifying realization washed over me when I remembered that I was ovulating and had no access to a plan B.

"Oh, my God!!" I exclaimed, standing up from the bed and frantically searching for our phone. I found it hidden where Vera used to hide it, to prevent Rachel from taking it away.

I quickly connected to the estate's WiFi and attempted to call Denzel through his social media messenger. However, it appeared that he was offline. I tried again in the early hours and this time Denzel picked up.

"Baby boss, you need to leave the estate immediately," Denzel said urgently.

"Why?" I asked, concerned.

"Rachel just confirmed that Brandon raped one of his workers and murdered her to cover it up," Denzel burst into laughte
