Chapter 47: Damian's Feeling

The day just went by so fast because another week has passed since Roswell and I got engaged. To this day, I still can't believe it, and the joy in my heart is still intact.

"I'll be home after three days. I will miss you and Agatha," Roswell told me.

I was suddenly sad when I found out that he was going to Taiwan for a business trip. He was there for three days; that's why I'm sure we'll miss each other, especially since we got used to always being together.

I'm not even worried about being left alone because I'm with Vera, and I'm not worried that their mother will come to visit us.

"We'll wait for you. Don't worry about us here as long as we're with Vera," I answered him.

I have a lot of confidence that Vera will not leave us.

When Roswell left that day, I went into the office to do other work that I hadn't finished yesterday. I also have too much to do while Roswell is away due to spending the last few days with Agatha, so I have to make up for it now.
