Heart's parents arrived at the house with serious expressions. They were still the same low-profile parents she had, approachable as ever. Lux immediately paid his respects by bowing as the two elderly people entered the door.

"Good day," he greeted them with an excessively polite tone, making her laugh at his formality.

Once her parents were seated, she nodded to Lux to speak. He seemed nervous, as if a CEO becomes nervous, too. He probably be the first one. He started to clear his throat and began to speak.
