Dear Kyle,
This is one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. I know I'm wrong for excluding you from it but I had to. The reason why I'm writing instead of talking to you face to face, is because I'm terrible at saying goodbyes and I know if I told you about my decision you would have made me stay and it was also short notice. I felt hurt and betrayed by what you had said about me trapping you. I never knew I would have fallen and fallen so hard for you.
