Chapter 201 "The Murderer"

Dissociative identity disorder, or Multiple personality disorder, is a mental health condition in which a person has two or more separate identities. The personalities control someone’s behavior at different times. Each identity has its own personal history, traits, likes and dislikes. DID can lead to gaps in memory and hallucinations where a person believes that something is real when it isn’t.

In Finn’s case, he has two identities. The “core” which is his usual personality. And the “Alter” named Victor, the alternate personality.

Victor is 60-year-old and a father who believes that he could protect Finn from the other people. He was created in Finn’s mind to get rid of the loneliness Finn had when he was young. Since Finn thought that he lacked affection, an imaginary father named Victor came into his life and vowed to protect him like a parent.
