Chapter 22: Stuffy Warehouse

"What?" Lucas and Lay said at the same time.

They were so shocked that they froze in their place for a few moments before finally waking up from their shock. Derrick had finished packing.

"Are you staying here or are you joining the company earlier?" asked Derrick lazily.

"That kind of question? Of course we go, what about you? Some of our friends have been kidnapped, so we just kept quiet," answered Lay.

Derrick snorted loudly. He replied, "Then why are you guys still standing there like idiots?"

In the taxi, they were still panicking and couldn't hide it. The driver even glanced at the young people several times who seemed to be in a hurry. "Is it still far, Sir?" Lucas asked politely.
