Chapter 139: The Aunt is Back

Ethan called early in the morning, "Jeff, your aunt is back, she said she wanted to see you and asked you to have dinner with her tonight."

Jeff's aunt, Lynn, was Mr. Howard's only daughter. A single woman.

"Why is she back so suddenly?"

"I also heard ......"

"Heard what?"

"That she brought Rose back with her."

"What do you mean?"

Rose was Lynn's adopted daughter, brought home from the orphanage when she was six years old. Rose had been growing up following the course of life Lynn had designed since she was a child. Not only she was multi-talented, but she was also gorgeous and had many suitors around her. What's even more rare was that she was also a very hardworking girl, and later got admitted to Cambridge University to study. Now she was a famous doctor in England and was doing well in her career.

By the time Jeff arrived at the restaurant, to his surprise, not only Aunt Lynn and Rose were there. Their whole family was there, and so were his uncles, Eric, Nate, and Andrew Thomas.
